2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via M-Pesa (Paybill 714002), card, or other accepted methods. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, traffic, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs — belongs to Mama Njeri's Kitchen and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mama Njeri's Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
