How Our New 14-Day Return Policy Works

We know that buying online requires trust. So we built the simplest, most generous return policy we could: 14 days, no questions asked.

Step 1 — Contact us. Message us on WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and the reason for the return (even if the reason is just "changed my mind").

Step 2 — We arrange collection. We'll send a courier to collect the item from your location. You don't pay a penny for the pickup.

Step 3 — Inspection. We inspect the item to confirm it's in its original, unused condition with packaging intact. This usually takes 24 hours.

Step 4 — Refund. Once confirmed, your full refund is sent to your M-Pesa within 48 hours. No deductions, no processing fees.

The only items excluded from this policy are perishable products (fresh food) and custom/personalised orders. Everything else is fully covered.
